Plant-based / Vegan / Non-Dairy Cheese - Hands-On Workshop
In this hands on workshop you’ll learn about the ingredients used to make Non-Dairy / Vegan cheeses from scratch, as well as the varied techniques used to produce different types of cheese & customise your recipe with herbs and spices.
You will taste pre-made cheese, and also take home the cheese you made, ready to eat.
Hands-on workshop with all basic ingredients provided.
Coffee, tea and light brunch will be provided.
